At present,the economy has globalized,and the development of information technology has led to the development of market normalization.In this form,the original theory of division of labor management has been unable to adapt to the current intense market administration mode.At the same time,the change of customers' demand for products has also made the production and operation mode of enterprises gradually obsolete.Based on this type of change,enterprises need to adapt existing production processes to adapt to the rapidly developing market and the needs of enterprise development.Enterprise production process modification theory is not a very mature theory,but from the point of individual application cases,for enterprise's operating conditions change,has a certain effect,for the guidance of enterprise management changes have certain effect,through the application practice,has shown that the effect is obvious.In this paper,we introduce the background of the subject and analyze the current research status of the theory at home and abroad,and point out the purpose and contents of the research.Then the basic theory of the research process is introduced,including basic theory,the content of production process reengineering and classification.Then the present situation and some problems of the current production process are analyzed.Finally,the research process of the reengineering of the production process of the enterprise was introduced,and the project implementation was affirmed through the project evaluation,and the research results were summarized in the paper.Through the design of the production process reengineering project and the introduction of the implementation process,the paper emphasizes the change of organizational structure,the effective utilization of resources,and the role of employee motivation.Enterprise application of the project,can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise production,strengthens the enterprise product service ability,enhance the enterprise market competition strength,for enterprises to realize the long-term strategic development planning,and laid a solid foundation.
