Research On Production Process Management Improvement Of Dalian Shipyard Painting Company

With the rapid development of shipping industry, higher requirements are put forward for production, technology and management of ship painting. Production management of ship painting is more and more important in ship building process. The Dalian shipyard painting company is a collectively-owned enterprise of Dalian shipbuilding industry co., Ltd, which is in charge No.1 shipyard ships, marine constructions and steel structures painting work. Now the Dalian shipyard painting company has constructed production management system, but along with shipbuilding technology improving, construct time shortening and building cost deflating, the production management system which Dalian shipyard painting company has constructed is not satisfied in new ship building mode. Therefore it is necessary for Dalian shipyard painting company to improve and optimize the production process in order to adapt to the new situation.This thesis introduces background, significance, thinking and methods of this research firstly. The optimization scheme of production process management is proposed to solve the existing main problem. Some implementation safeguard suggestions of production process management improvement, such as strengthening the management of outsourcing units, perfecting the system of production management organization, strengthening the construction of production management personnel team, improving the idea of employee and creating a good corporate culture is put forward at the end of thesis.The research of production process management system of the Dalian shipyard painting company not only guides the actual implementation of improvement scheme of production process management, but it also is a direct reference for other ship painting enterprises to build production process management system.
