| Nowadays,the alcohol market is very competitive.Enterprises must keep pace with the management if they want to be neutral in the incentive competition.Production site management is an important part of the entire production management,but also the most basic guarantee for enterprises to participate in market competition.The level of production site management can directly reflect the overall management level and market competitiveness of enterprises.This dissertation takes BD Biochemical Co.,Ltd as the research object.Based on the study of management theory and methods,using the method of on-the-spot investigation and interview,study on the management problems of BD Biochemical Co.Ltd.alcohol production workshop,and summarize the main problems of production management under the guidance of 'human machine material law ring'.According to the problems founded by the investigation,taking the system theory as the core guiding ideology,and the 'human machine material law ring' as the main elements of the study,combined with the 6S management theory,put forward the improvement of BD Biochemical Co.Ltd.production site management system.In the aspect of 'human',mainly focuses on the establishment of personnel training system and incentive mechanism.In the aspect of 'machine',mainly focuses on improving the rationality of equipment use and establishing the equipment maintenance system.In the aspect of 'material',mainly focuses on strengthening the management of materials and finished products.In the aspect of 'law',mainly focuses on perfecting the technological process system and standard system.The research of this dissertation has played a positive role in standardizing the on-site management method of BD Biochemical Co.,Ltd.and improving the management level of the field.In the aspect of 'ring',on the basis of strengthening the management of hidden dangers,6S management concept is introduced to strengthen on-site management. |
