Currently,the traditional manufacturing industry of the China is facing two-way pressure from developed and developing countries.The competitive situation of innovation leader status and high profit returning in developed countries,such as the US and Germany,are hard to shake in the short term.India,Vietnam,Brazil and other developing countries are also using comparative advantage for strong development.At the same time,the trend of change in the Internet+ and industry 4.0 has also brought great challenges to traditional companies.Accelerating strategic transformation,upgrading core-competitiveness of products.Make practicable development strategy of company has become the key to life and death in traditional manufacturing.As an important part of the traditional manufacturing industry,the mobile communication industry has experienced from feature phone to 3G smart phone,then to the 4G smart phone transformation,great changes have taken place in the whole industrial pattern.In the new round of industry reshuffle,most mobile phone companies are close to bankruptcy,hard to run.Under this background,this thesis will take Huizhi mobile communication company as an example,study the important theoretical and practical significance of company development strategy.First of all,in the analysis and preparation phase stage of strategy formulation,this thesis uses literature analysis and company environment analysis PEST model,make depth analysis of Huizhi mobile communication company internal and external environment.Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the company,come to a conclusion than Huizhi mobile communication company has very large development space on enterprise management architecture,corporate culture,team personal training,Core technology and research and development capability,Operations management and strategic decision,Brand influence.Second,base on company SWOT analysis conclusion,Huizhi mobile communication company choose SO strategy mixing and WO strategy mixing,try to find segment market from mainstream competition market by differentiation strategy and carry out differentiation management.Third,company strategy concept in next five years,that is company will optimize their organizational structure,stabilize their domestic and overseas management teams,enhance their key talents capabilities and reshape corporate culture,effective implement organizational change.Promote intelligent manufacturing capabilities,strengthen cost control,intensify supply chain system,improve operational management capabilities and economies of scale advantages,in order to steadily enhance the profitability of company.It implemented in two stages,to realize the differentiation strategy through management change and strategic transformation,improve the profitability of company with the help of cost advantages and scale economy.To reverse the loss of company quickly,maintain profitability,to ensure a prudent survival in the new round of industry reshuffle.After the initial success of the transformation,the company will implement counterpart industry mergers and reorganization,Through listed financing to increase research and development funds and marketing costs input,bring development into a virtuous circle,realize company healthy and sustainable development finally.Fourth,ensure Hui Zhi mobile communication company effective implement development strategy through reshaping corporate culture,integrate internal and external resources,optimize the organizational structure,quantitative evaluation the target of development strategy and implement company operation management transform.Through the study of Hui Zhi mobile communication company,set the planning and target of strategy development,reshaping company core-competitiveness,to ensure a prudent survival in the new round of industry reshuffle and find future development direction of long-term health management.
