Research On The Effect Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation Of Guangxi Ethnic Villages Under The Perspective Of Multiple Poverty

Poverty has always been the focus of China's economic and social development.Multivariate poverty has become an important factor to restrict the development of ethnic villages.Tourism poverty alleviation is the important way to solve the problem of poverty in ethnic villages.The poverty characteristics of ethnic villages in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region are characterized by extensive poverty areas,concentrated poverty,serious cultural poverty and high return rates.These factors are likely to lead to internal contradictions among ethnic villages,and diversified poverty is extremely serious.At present,the study of tourism poverty alleviation effect of ethnic villages mainly concentrates in the perspective of macroeconomic,and few people can study it in the perspective of Multivariate.Through analysis of the diversified poverty of ethnic villages in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and evaluation of poverty alleviation effect of ethnic villages and selection of the representative of the three typical ethnic villages in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to verify the analysis,so as to provide the basis and method for the evaluation of the poverty reduction effect of ethnic villages in China.Based on the theory of stakeholder,tourism multiplier,sustainable development,vicious cycle of poverty and tourism empowerment,this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation index system of tourism poverty alleviation effect of ethnic villages with multiple criteria of income poverty,rights poverty,ecological poverty and cultural poverty,and calculates the index weight.Taking ethnic villages in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,taking Chengyang Eight village of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous county,Poyue village of Bama county,Pingan village of Longsheng Autonomous county as cases,this article uses the depth interview of qualitative research method including the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method,Grey Correlation Analysis(GRA),etc.to study tourism poverty alleviation effect.Results show that the order from high to low of tourism poverty alleviation effect gray weighted comprehensive correlation is: Pingan village of Longsheng Autonomous county,Chengyang Eight village of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous county,Poyue village of Bama county.The tendency of lay particular stress on four indicators including income effect,power effect,ecological effect and cultural effect among three villages is sharp,and the phenomenon of development imbalance is relatively serious.Through the evaluation and analysis of the specific indicators of tourism poverty reduction in ethnic villages,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Different tourism development patterns of ethnic villages have different effects on the evaluation of tourism poverty reduction effect;(2)Different stages of tourism development of ethnic villages have different effects on the evaluation of tourism poverty reduction in ethnic villages;(3)Different tourism development resources of ethnic villages have different effects on the evaluation of tourism poverty reduction effect in ethnic villages.It expands the new thought of tourism poverty alleviation research of ethnic villages and enriches the theoretical system of tourism poverty alleviation from micro level to reduce the incidence of poverty,which also provides the reference for the sustainable development of ethnic villages.
