Tourist's Opinion And Satisfaction Towards Elephant Conservative Tourism In Thai Elephant Conservation Center,Lampang Thailand

This article is written about how to study tourist' s behavior and experience satisfaction of visitor in elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand.Here are the Research purposes:1.Study tourists behavior and personal information;2.Study the influencing factors of tourist Satisfaction value;3.Tourist' s behavior attitudes and opinions to elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand;4.Give the right suggestion for how to improve service level in elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand.All the data and information will be collected by questionnaire which gets from randomly selected visitors.I would like to use frequency,average value,standard deviation when doing data analysis and do a textual description at last.The data shows that,most of tourists are from Asia country,they have the similar background like these:single,middle-high salary group highly educated and do Freelance.Most of them choose go to travel with families and friends by their own car but rather than go by tourist bus.People usually come on weekends or on holidays.Most of them came to visit elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand the first time and they are all willing to come again if there another chance next time as the price here is not very high,most of people even spend no more than 500baht.Besides,data also shows that there are certain aspects need to improve more so that would get benefit both sides from tourists advice.1.Staff from elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand need to improve their language level such as to do live commentary during the elephant show both in Thai and in English,what' s more,they need to know some simple sentences in Chinese,Japanese or Korean as there are mounts of visitor from those countries;2.Putting some indicator or signs in the center and make customer clearly how to find the right place they need go;3.Make more clearly details on charging;4.Do more interesting activity between staff and visitors.I believe that after do following tourist' s suggestion and improve service elephant protection center of Lampang,Thailand will be better and stronger in the future.
