Research On Company A's Supplier Evaluation Model And Method

Company A was leading enterprise in Taiwan to construct the industry.They applied the construction of technology development,management level,after-sales service and other aspects of the industry to be the model.The company was impacted by several things,which is the domestic economic environment,troubled,rising prices,large foreign companies.Moreover,the major Taiwan's engineering market impacted by the segmentation of WTO,The percentage of a company doing business is increasingly compressed.Furthermore,they are facing the competitor about the price.For example," low price " makes the increasingly fierce competition situation.Therefore,it is "low-profit era" operating pressure several industries can apply the supply chain to create a dazzling management performance.Take the suppliers for an example,it is can impact bad or good on the supply chain directly.It could establish on objective and makes supplier effectively.Therefore,the selection model has its necessity.This thesis analysis the relevant literature and research of supplier selection factors in the past and applied the criteria for selecting the supplier for company A.Applying the method of The fuzzy Delphi to analyse the factors of selection and design the questionnaire.After we got the factors and questionnaires results,it could to discuss with the Company A's expert.Then it could summarize the evaluation factors by the experts.After summarizing those factors could get the five dimensions of quality,organization,technology,cost and elasticity.Furthermore,it provides the supplier of Company A Preliminary evaluation model.Using the Analytic hierarchical analysis(AHP)analyses the factors and provides the appropriate weight ratio.The results of a study will be more objective and effective for supplier selection.Moreover,it can also play a reference role.
