Research On Supplier Selection&Evaluation Of Shanghai JP Apparel Company

Accompanying economic globalization,sourcing begins to be globalized.With the rapid market competition and the rapid development of modern consumption,the competition among enterprises is also getting fiercer.In order to expand market share and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises,more and more enterprises are beginning to pay great attention to supply chain management.As an important starting point for supply chain management,supplier selection has also become an effective measure for many enterprises to improve product quality,reduce costs and risks,and enhance their competitiveness.In order to reduce business risks,enterprises must adopt a scientific method to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of suppliers when selecting suppliers.This paper studies the supplier selection and evaluation of Shanghai JP Apparel Co.,Ltd.The paper first briefly described supplier,supplier chain management,supplier selection and evaluation methods and other related theories,and briefly outlined the current domestic and international supplier selection and evaluation research status.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic situation of JP and the current situation of its supplier selection,and analyzes the existing problems of its supplier selection.Thirdly,based on the investigation and literature research,this paper constructs the appraisal index system of apparel processing suppliers of JP.Fourthly,by analyzing the existing evaluation methods,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model which uses the AHP and the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the apparel processing suppliers of JP.Finally,with this fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the apparel processing supplier of JP is analyzed.And the way to improve supplier of JP is suggested.To sum up,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of JP through the theoretical research of supply chain management,supplier selection,evaluation method and data model and the working experience in JP?By this Evaluation model,hope to help JP select right supplier for their orders,but also to provide some reference for the relevant enterprises if possible.
