It's not good at suppliers'management by different classification, cost factors are not considered well in supplier's selection and select with random methods.Therefore, this paper focuses on these deficiencies and makes corresponding improvement to these measures. It optimizes supplier management and cost management. As to supplier selection method, this paper recommended to use analytic hierarchy process in suppliers'evaluation and selection. This paper introduces the specific of implementation for analytic hierarchy process. Hierarchical analysis method is very useful in complex case what has the combination of qualitative and quantitative factors. It builds a process for supplier's selection.Through the process, it can select the proper supplier who has the matched strategy and the development plan is matched as well. It can get the Win-Win situation and benefits to both corporation and supplier.
