Kimura Furniture Center is founded in 2016 on January in Probolinggo City,Indonesia.Kimura Furniture Center is founded under a bigger furniture retail company,Sinar Mas Furniture that has been founded for more than 20 years.Kimura Furniture Center is using B2C(Business to Customer)to sell their products.The innovation of Kimura Furniture Center is creating more stores in small cities in Indonesia using modern system.In small cities in Indonesia,the demand of furniture is high while the supply is less.On the other hand even there are so many other traditional furniture stores in the small cities,but they haven't used any modern system to operate their business.Kimura Furniture Center is going to learn modern system from another big retail stores in the big cities like Informa Furniture Store.The management system of this big retail stores such as in market and marketing,technology and system,as well as human resources management are outstanding.However these big furniture stores haven't entered the market in small cities.It means that Kimura Furniture Center has a big opportunity in small cities if they can apply this modern system on their stores.It makes Kimura Furniture Center not only open one store in one small city,but they can open more stores in some cities using modern system.However,even Kimura Furniture Center has been operated for more than one year but they still have some problems related to market and marketing,technology and process,as well as human recourses management.This paper uses SWOT,Marketing Mix(4Ps),as well as product positioning in order to overcome market and marketing' problems in Kimura Furniture Center.This paper also describes the equipments and tools in Kimura Furniture Center,as well as makes flowcharts to overcome technology and process' problems.This paper explains new organization diagram,job title,job details,job descriptions,forecast of employees' needs,as well as job recruitment process.The author uses qualitative analysis as well as interviews the Owner 1 of Sinar Mas Furniture,Owner 2 of Sinar Mas Furniture,the Accountant of Sinar Mas Furniture,Manager of Informa Furniture,Manager of Hartono Elektronika,as well as the CEO of Kimura Furniture Center.In the future,for the market and marketing' fields,Kimura Furniture Center is going to make new stores;distribute more brochures;hold consumer's gathering;develop furniture e-commerce;provide member-card;provide quality,price,and service guarantee for consumers;as well as place advertisement on billboards.For the technology and process' fields,Kimura Furniture Center is going to increase the capacity and types of the products,as well as sell more local products in stores.For the human resources management's field,Kimura Furniture Center is going to make more efficient company's structure.Kimura Furniture Center is going to use some alternatives to recruit employees such as using newspaper's job vacancy,job vacancy's exhibition,as well as from current employees' relatives.
