Multi-model Mixed Line Balance Design In JD Company

Multi-model mixed line is a main production application for modern agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises.It is a kind of flexible manufacturing system,which can produce a variety of products according to customer's order requirements.A good mix model line can effectively improve the marketing competitiveness of enterprises.This paper begins by introducing the operation status and manufacturing process of the production lines T1 and T2 of JD Company.Then it makes a feasibility assessment for mixing M Series,F Series and D Series,which are produced in current T1 and T2 production lines,into a new T1 production line in accordance with the marketing requirement,product structure and manufacturing labor time based on JD Company's development and present production conditions.New manufacturing process flow and parameters for new T1 mix model line are designed.Mix model line standard labor time is obtained according to element analysis and time analysis based on JD Company's standard labor time databases for three models.A new line balance design is made with M Series,F Series and D Series according to line balance theory.And the new design status is verified using evaluation method and different models' labor time is compared in each station at same time.Layout design is changed based on new mix model line balance design.And such changes are summarized as including equipment,tooling and fixtures,logistic method and so on.Then project tracking list is made for all change implement and project lead time is set up.Finally,the whole project implement result is evaluated.
