Research On Lean Production Management Of One-Way Valve Assembly Line In L Company

L’s main product is a check valve,which is mainly used in automotive fuel and waterway pipelines.In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of the user experience,the car manufacturer’s models are increasingly numerous.As a secondary supplier of car manufacturers,L company now mass production model can’t meet the needs of car manufacturers,frequent out-of-stock,quality decline,efficiency reduction and many other problems.In order to solve these problems and respond quickly to market demand,L company through the implementation of lean production research on the one-way valve assembly line,the use of lean production management theory and methods to design a set of small-volume,multi-variety production of lean production model.By consulting the theoretical literature of lean production and studying the origin,development and present situation of lean production management,the contents and improvement tools of lean production management are summarized.In the case of L’s one-way valve product assembly line,lean production management theory and tools are used to study the entire process from L’s receipt of customer orders to shipment.Firstly,through on-site research methods,collect information about L company’s one-way valve products.Secondly,the use of PQ analysis method to lock the object of this thesis to study,for the research object to use lean value stream analysis method to draw a one-way product value stream map,and then analyze the current value stream map to find out the current one-way valve assembly line exists waste,bottlenecks and production pain points.For the problem points found,combined with lean management theory,from the information flow,process flow,continuous flow and workshop layout four aspects of the improvement program and implementation method design.Finally,the safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of lean production management scheme of the check valve assembly line are put forward,and the expected effect of the improvement is evaluated.Through the study of lean production management of L company’s one-way valve product assembly line,the production efficiency of assembly line is improved,production cost is reduced,the core competitiveness of the enterprise is enhanced,and the value of reference is provided for the transformation and upgrading of other auto parts suppliers.
