The second bus company of Panyu Branch office was found in 1982.In order to develop market in Panyu,this company operate passenger transport in the early stage.Until now,the three main urban public transport brand finished escalation and combining.In this 30 years' difficulties and hardships,with the unremitting effort of the whole staff,Panyu Branch office had developed more than 1200 public transport lines and passenger coach,possessed more than 1000 buses and more than 3000 employee.With the reform of transport by road,Panyu Branch office started the difficult undertaking.Three brand name products work like a horse finally build up a favorable image form with green,yellow and blue.After the reform and openness,Panyu Branch office changed turns the world upside down with the urbanization of the city.Particularly,return and achievement should brilliantly and excellently during market exploiting.However,with advancing urbanization and improving civilization,science and technology,Panyu branch office' s environment altered obviously.From 2008 to 2012,three filiales got to emerge,finally develop in scale and colony.From 2012 till now,market changing unpredictably,plans caught out with the change of market,the company close to the bottle neck.With the help of development strategy of Panyu Branch office,this thesis should analysis deeply.Bibliographic search will grasp the situation of the company environment;get rid of the inadequacy part and list out of the project which suits with the changing market.Mastering way of guiding ideology,institute rules,setting target,we can make sure the aim and vision.Moreover,we can make competitive pricing?consolidate market share?competitive service,so as to develop the resource and promote the proportion.Firstly,charge with single standard decrease the section fees.Secondly,adjust the public traffic lines around the No.7 metro,reflecting the choice of defense development strategy.Thirdly,adjusting organizational structure,molding high quality service brand,making performance appraisal plan and accumulate enterprise culture should ensuring the long-term and effective implementation of development strategy.Aiming at state-owned enterprises of passenger transport,this article relates and analyzes the form of development strategy and adjustment in Guangzhou Panyu.By means of the theory of enterprises strategy,emphasize the research in ways of adjustment from environment.Take Panyu Branch office for example,give advice of how to reform and industry upgrading in the company of urban public transport.
