The Research On Server Development Management And Process Optimization Of Company A

With the process of science and technology,the further development of knowledge economy and the speed up process of global economic,electric information market is gradually open up and liberalization.There are plenty of new telecommunication services that make a big market of servers.Servers work as the storage of electronic information,run the key tasks to provide service certification and operation various kinds of electronic services at the same time.A strong competition of server production is behind the electronic business,server vendors must shorten the cycle of research and development of server to grab business opportunities and preempt the market at the same time.This dissertation analyzes the current research and development process of servers and the corresponding organization present situation in company A.Using the systematic analytic approach to find the problems existing in the development process of the independent research and development server program in company A.Using method of comparative analysis,theoretical approach,flowcharting approach,method of interval analysis to analyze the problem in research and development process and the problem in management of Company A.Use IPD management method to re-planning and optimization the process of research and development.At the same time,introduce the idea of lean development and concurrent engineering,using the method of interval analysis,calculation the data before and after the optimization of the process,in order to evaluate the process optimization effect.The mainly point of this dissertation is flexibly using the classical theory such as IPD,Lean development and concurrent engineering to fix the actual situation of Company A,and put forward a suitable R&D project personnel structure for company A.
