Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Human Resources Management Of The Small And Medium-sized Private Service Enterprises

The competition between companies in nowadays, the most important element ishuman resource. For insufficient fund, human resource is more important to small andmedium-sized private service enterprises. And also because of lacking of insufficientfund, human resource management was ignored; it becomes a weak link of the smalland medium-sized private service enterprises. As one of the three economic mainstaysin China, Service industry which has plenty of employees is helpful for countrydisposition of human resource and social stability. As an important part of China’seconomy, small and medium-sized private service enterprise is the new hope foreconomics’ development.For the importance in country economy development, to research the problem ofthe human resources management within small and medium-sized private serviceenterprises, is meaningful for development and stability of enterprise and country.At the beginning，this paper gives a brief introduction to the basic concepts andtheories of private small and medium-sized service enterprise and human resourcesmanagement. By analysis from status of a private small and medium-sized serviceenterprise and human resource management, to summarizes status and problems ofhuman resource management of them; Secondly, analysis and bring forward away forthe management strategies and solutions of small and medium-sized private serviceenterprises in human resource;Finally, analysis several problems of the enterprise,and put forward some corresponding measures and solutions, form a system of humanresource management of small medium-sized private service enterprises.
