The staff acting as the first resources in the enterprise, the level of theirsatisfaction on job directly reflects the level of the organizational managementperformance, to some extent also determines the quality of production efficiency. Sofor the company, the factors on affecting employee’s satisfaction are important to thecompany’s survival and development. But For different employees of enterprises, thefactors of affecting employee’s job satisfaction will be different due to the differentindividual characteristics. Therefore, this article focus to the small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises as the research object and investigates the relationship between theemployee’s job satisfaction and the staff’s individual characteristics.The study established a reliability and validity questionnaire fully on the basis ofthe satisfaction theory at home and abroad and the characteristics of the small andmedium-sized private enterprises. Then the article conducted a questionnaire surveyto the staff from10small and medium-sized private enterprises in Beijing andcollected the dada through the way of interviewing and questionnaires and so on.Finally the article established a multiple regression model in which individualcharacteristics of employees as independent variables and the various dimensions ofjob satisfaction as the dependent variable. And then the article analysis the varianceand T test through SPSS19.0software. Eventually we come to different significantlevel on the various dimensions of job satisfaction of different employees in the smalland medium-sized private enterprises, and then we find out the main factors affectingthe different employee’s job satisfaction.Finally, the article puts forward some constructive measures due to theconclusions for the small and medium-sized private enterprises in dealing with theproblem of different staff’s satisfaction. And I hope this article can provide severalnew concepts, new ideas and new methods on the issue of enterprises’ motivatingstaff.
