Research On Tourism Resources Evaluation And Spatial Pattern Of Chengdu Based On Multi-source Data

With the development of Information Technology and the arrival of Big Data time,not only the human's daily life but also research fields have been influenced deeply.With the help of Internet and information technology,we can fast acquire tourism resource points and its attributive indexes in large quantities.These indexes are massive and objective,and the samples of which are wide and abundant.Therefore,that combined the indexes of new data sources and traditional data sources to make the comprehensive evaluation to tourism resources,can achieve more scientific evaluation on tourism resources and remedy the deficiencies of traditional research methods.This paper,taking Chengdu as study area,acquired all research resource points and its indexes of new data sources by data mining technology,and collected related indexes of traditional data sources of these resource points by GIS and traditional methods.Then,based on exploratory factor analysis,we established a comprehensive evaluation system of tourism resources and evaluated all tourism resources.Next,the study made a deep exploratory spatial analysis on the spatial structure of tourism resources in Chengdu.Finally,we made some suggestions about the optimization of spatial structure in Chengdu.The main research contents of this paper as follows:(1)Data mining technology is favourable to mass investigation of tourism resources.This paper,used data mining technology,acquired all 1926 reosurce points' informations in HankowThames of Chengdu,which include 151 URLs and 1926 sub-URLs.After data cleaning,it has 940 effecitive resource points.These points have high timeliness,various properties and abundant quantities,which has key effects on investigation and evaluation of tourism resources.(2)The evaluation system based Multi-source data fusion is favourable to scientize the evaluation of tourism resources.This study,combining traditional and new data sources,considering value and development potential evaluation synthetically,builded comphensive evaluation system using explore fator analysis,and evaluated evaluation system using combination weighting method.This building Method of evaluation system can ensure the system's comprehensiveness and scientificalness.In the standard system,it contains 4 common factor indexes and 16 sub-factor indexes.The common factor indexes are quality value of resources,recreation value of resources,developing condition of resources and environment of resources.In these sub factor indexes,resources quality grade and tourism experience quality are higher weight indexs,but period of tour is the lowest weight index.(3)There are some differences of descriptive statistics on tourism resources and evaluation scores.In the structure feature,it shows that tourist resources in Chengdu are diverse and which include all 3 classes and 14 subclasses.The resources of different type have some different structure features.In the spatial feature,the tourist resoures in north Chengdu are more than south,and clustered in main city zones.Totally,it shows the trends that the density of tourist resources is decreasing from centre to outsides.Meanwhile,Dujiangyan city is the sub-centre of tourist resource distribution.In the evaluation result,evaluation scores of recources spots are all in the interval of 0.2-0.7,and the total statistical characteristic shows the normal distribution.The average scores of leisure resources are higher than others.In the gradation,we divided resources points as four grades by natural breakpoint method,which were high,next higher,next lower and low groups.Meanwhile,we analysed the reasons of making these difference features.(4)There are spatial cluster differences in the tourism resource spatial structure based on evaluation scores in Chengdu.Firstly,using Kernel Density Estimation Method to analyze,we found that,the spatial structre of nature resources is multi-center,the spatial structre of human and leisure are single center.Then,we used Global and Local Spatial Autocorrelation Method to analyze spatial differentiations of comprehensive evaluation scores and different common factor's evaluation scores.We found that,in the comprehensive evaluation scores,the moran's I values of total amount,nature,human and leisure are 0.391.0.338?0.354?0.428.It demonstrated that all these moran values indicate spatial cluster trends.In the local spatial result of nature,human and leisure,the percent of high-high spots are 8%?9.31%?10.71%;the percent of low-low spots are 7.2%?11.44%?12.07%;the percent of low-high spots are 0.8%?2.13%?2.51%;the percent high-low spots are 2.4%?1.6%?1.59%.There are various cluster phenomenon in the tourist resources of different types.Lastly,based on comprehensive scores and scores of local spatial autocorrelation of tourism resources,using the Hierarchical Clustering Method,we found the whole resources can classify four types,which include agglomeration development type,polar development type,balanced and low development type,and marginal development type.(5)The plan whose name is twin cores and twin loops,two ordinates and one line can promote the spatial structure optimization of tourism resources in Chengdu.Specially,the main zones and the urban distrct of Dujiangyan are core distrcts;the main zones and the surburban areas are circle areas;the channel region between main zones and Dujiangyan city is the horizontal axis;the mountain areas of Longmen-Qionglai and Longquan are west and east axis.In addition,the optimization of tourist structure and update of tourist products,both are important develop methods.The research was conducted by taking full use of ArcGIS,GeoDa,SPSS,Python,Photoshop and other related software.The results of this paper can give some scientific guides to development of tourism resources in Chengdu in next steps,and help to optimize the spatial structure of tourism resources in Chengdu.Furthermore,the methods of this paper can give some guides to the tourism development of cities whose features same with Chengdu in tourism resources evaluation and spatial structure researches,also can give some research references to tourism researches drove by new data sources.Hence this study has some significances between theory and practice.
