Research On Internet Based Car-hailing Service

Although it‘s only a few years since the beginning of Internet based car-hailing service,its development has been very rapid.The reason for this is that Internet based car-hailing service brings benefit for passengers,car drivers,car-hailing companies and Internet car-hailing service platform.However,we should be aware that there are some problems regarding supervision of Internet based car-hailing service,which may hinder the sustainable development of Internet based car-hailing service and bring disturbing factors for both public transportation and social development.This paper use literature research method,interview method and observation method to analyze the reason for development of Internet based car-hailing service,the problems of its development from both passengers‘ and drivers‘ perspectives.This paper also makes the conclusion that the reasons for these problems are because of lack of laws,lack of mechanism,difficulties in law enforcement,lack of variety of punishments,and backward methods.With comparison to the US,France,Japan and Singapore and other developed countries‘ history of Internet based car-hailing service,this paper puts forward suggestions that we should perfect laws,transform responsibilities,and innovate supervision mode.
