Study On The Institutional Reform Of Rural Collectives Property Right In City Of Tai'an

In the process of urbanization and industralization in China,with the growth and development of rural collectives property,questions in institutional reform of rural collectives property right has been an internal hotspot problem.The third plenary session of the communist party of China put forward that to increase the income of members and to improve the rural economy are final goals of the reform.However,there are many problems,such as:vague property right,trust-agent conflict and lack of supervision.In order to fully and effectively address the reform,we need to study the present reform progress in city of Taian,and made a reasonable and effective way to solve problems,advance the reform work.This paper has done a thorough investigation into the institutional reform of rural collectives property right in city of Taian,through putting out and taking back questionnaire,visiting the scholars and officers,analyzing the problems,probing into the causes and using the method of comparison.This paper proposed that the government should properly deal with the relationship between government domination and the internal impetus.
