The Yangtze Economic Zone is penetrating from west to east in China. Before about 2006,its development was comparatively slow and the regional difference was gradually increasing;after the financial crisis of the USA in 2008,the world’s economic growth rate decreased, going into the new normal, and it became required for developing nations to find a new way of economic development;after 2009,the GDP proportion of the Yangtze Economic Zone in China has been increasing faster and the regional difference has been decreasing, revealing it has priority nationwide.Under such background,in two conferences of Yangtze Economic Zone in 2016,two strategies “to construct zone of innovation” and “Industrial optimization and upgrading” were put forward. Thus, the issue here is: in Yangtze Economic Zone,How does innovation network affect transformation? In this dissertation due to the macro-data of transformation, the innovation network under the view of macroeconomics----triple-helix model is accepted;the method is by combining extreme bounds analysis(EBA),spatial autoregression, fixed effect;to manipulate the data of 129 cities or autonomous prefectures from 2005-2014;to do the EBA regressions of the variables pertaining triple-helix to 4 dependent variables, the growth rates of local GDP,of the second industry’s GDP,of the third industry’s GDP,of the transformation from the second to the third industry, then we sum up the proportion under 5% significance and CDF(0),by which we analyze the positive-negative of coefficient andsensibility. The results of EBA regressions show that:(1)the significance proportion of independent variables pertaining university research is low and the CDF(0)are nearly 50%;(2)the lag 2 of natural research has positive influence on the 2nd industry;(3)comparing to whole zone, the independent variables pertaining university research in the east and center has comparatively positive influence on the transformation, but the CDF(0)are nearly 50%;(4)fiscal investment in science has comparatively positive influence on the transformation, but the CDF(0)are nearly 50%;(5)fiscal investment in education has obviously positive influence on the transformation, particularly the CDF(0)of lag 2 is lower than 10%,but it also has obviously negative influence on GDP;(6)the lag1 and lag 2 of the current number of university both have negative influence;(7)the lag 2 of the current number of middle school has positive influence on GDP of the third industry. From the results,we can find that the connection between university and industry of triple-helix model is not so optimistic. So as to analyze this problem,by comparing to data of other nations,we found that: China’s second industry has scientific competition, which is consistent to conclusion(2);the third industry has no tendency in knowledge intensive, which is consistent to conclusion(1),(3),(4),(6),(7).
