Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Employees In Hd City Planning And Design Institute Under The Background Of "Enterprise System Reform"

Institutions are a kind of organization with distinctive Chinese characteristics,involving science and technology,culture,education,health and other fields,in China's social and economic development plays an important role.However,with the continuous improvement of China's socialist market economy and in-depth development,with the business institutions facing the objective requirements of the market,the urgent need for comprehensive management system and mechanism reform.In recent years,with the reform of our institutions continue to deepen and advance,HD City Planning and Design Institute because of its business attributes have also been included in the classification of reform directory.This paper takes the employee incentive mechanism in the enterprise system reform of the HD city planning and design institute as the research object.Through the investigation of the present situation of the incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the incentive demands of the staff and puts forward that the incentive mechanism should be established and optimized Fair and efficient salary system,to carry out business management positions competing to strengthen the humanistic care,improve the vocational training system,the establishment of a comprehensive assessment mechanism and increase the negative incentive mechanism.
