For over 30 years reforming and opening up,China’s sustained economic growth and success into the ranks of middle-income countries,has become a veritable economic power,but as attenuation of demographic dividend,accumulation of risk "middle-income trap".So China strongly advocate supply side structural reform,while manufacturing is the source of the supply side reform and laboratory.The economic development of China’s low cost advantage and the demographic dividend is disappearing,China’s manufacturing industry have no choice,must speed up technical innovation and quality improvement,and a number of Chinese manufacturers long-term low productivity,resource utilization and economic efficiency,and the problem such as the lack of advanced management concept,which makes China’s manufacturing enterprises in the expansion process failed because the process is not reasonable,quality is not stable,a waste of serious problem.In the face of Europe and the United States and Japan’s great success in the six sigma management practice,more and more Chinese manufacturing managers began to pay more attention to the application of 6-sigma in the enterprise,and raised a hot wave six sigma in manufacturing industry.The research of this paper is the application of six sigma project management-case study as A diagnostic products company,through analyzing the key problem in 6-sigma management application in the enterprise using in the business management theory and organizational behavior,combining the Oriental management and the reality of enterprise,mainly from the enterprise basic management,leadership,support and participation of the project and team,supervision and incentive mechanism,communication and continuous improvement culture,these five aspects analysis in the application of six sigma-the advanced scientific management thought,and according to the results of the analysis suggest perfecting 6-sigma enterprise management mode,and make 6-sigma takes root in the heart of the enterprise staff.Thus gradually formed the common language of enterprise culture,the six sigma management.
