This dissertation applied digital management to analyze the Gas Turbine Generator project of HZ company in demonstrational way including quantity analysis, and statistical methods, which integrating knowledge and principles of project management, operational management, enterprise management, quality management, information management and so forth. Generally speaking, the author concentrated DMAIC methodology to improve the enterprise project effective performance, to dig root cause of its fulfillment obstacles and to quantify the project schedule management in practice.At first, this paper studied the methods and theories of measurable project management both aboard and inland and summarized part practice application. Likewise, the paper presented the main factors of projectmanagement fulfillment obstacles. Through analyzing HZ company baseline and current management stage of project management, the author identified the special characters and problems of the gas turbine project management. Moreover, from the viewpoint of production management, quality issues, manufacturing engineering, sourcing management the author widely analyzed internal project management issues based on brainstorming, process capability analysis, Pareto and Fishbone framework, and MINTAB software. Basing on collecting and analyzing the data associated with applying DMAIC methodology of SIX SIGMA, this dissertation identified the root cause of the poor project management and performance capability of HZ company. After that, this paper has identified and implemented the improvement actions from information sharing; improve production management, sourcing management, and products quality and communication side of view. Meanwhile, it significantly explores the generally current project management problems, which is needed to study, and enhancement further. This paper is based on the HZ enterprise project management. Analyzing problems happened in HZ company does exist in other machinery companies. Nevertheless, its improvement method shown in this paper may also be meaningful and referential to those companies who are similar project management structure.
