| With the development of the domestic economy,the consumption level of residents has been improved,and the consumption concept and consumption psychology are changing.The domestic demand for imported goods is expanding day by day.Over the past two years,there have been a large number of foreign products into the domestic market,making the import of consumer goods market competition more and more intense.The profit margins of the imported commodity enterprises are constantly being compressed,and some commodity prices are close to the prices of domestic goods.This paper is aimed at the opportunities and challenges faced by commodity enterprises.Taking the HS Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of China’s imports of daily chemical products consumption industry,and uses the strategic management theory and analysis model to analyze the external macro environment and industry competition situation of HS Company.At the same time,this paper evaluates the resource status within the company and finds out the core competencies of the company.Through the SWOT analysis model,to match the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the enterprise,and put forward the future development strategy of the enterprise.Combined with the direction of future development of HS Company to develop business vision,mission,core values and determine the company’s strategic objectives.According to the different stages of the development of the company to select the corresponding development strategy and formulate the main the task in different stage.And formulate the safeguard measures for the implementation of enterprise development strategy,from the implementation of the strategy steps,precautions,organizational restructuring,corporate culture and other aspects.Provide institutional guarantee for the realization of corporate strategic objectives.Finally,this paper attempts to summarize a set of corporate strategy which can be applied to the future development of the enterprise through the research and formulation of HS Company’s development strategy,and has a strong practical guiding effect on the company’s operation and management.In addition,through the analysis and application of a large number of strategic theories at home and abroad,find out the theoretical basis for the development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises such as HS companies,and provide reference for them. |
