With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the process of global economic integration,and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must constantly improve their competitiveness in order to adapt to the environment.In this context,many questions,such as,how to assess the implementation of strategic decisions,how to guide enterprises to improve their comprehensive performance,have become the task of enterprise performance appraisal system to complete.Based on the study of the domestic and foreign enterprises on the basis of performance appraisal,combined the characteristics of power generation enterprises and the actual from Zhejiang DongNan power generating company,this paper analyzes the status and problems of the company's existing performance appraisal system,there is a lack of integrity,evaluation concept backward,process is not perfect,the results of the use of poor,and other issues are pointed out,and further explore the causes of the deficiency of the existing evaluation system.From this starting point,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the performance appraisal system of Zhejiang DongNan power generating company,under the premise of clear performance appraisal improvement ideas and principles,to re-design performance appraisal indicators under the guidance of redesign of SMART,to optimize middle-level cadres and the general staff performance appraisal system,and to optimize the flow of performance assessment,especially focuses on the analysis of the use of performance communication appeal and processing,performance appraisal result.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization of performance appraisal system for the implementation of safeguard measures of Zhejiang DongNan power generating company:improving the management emphasis,creating a good atmosphere for the enterprise culture and improving the company's human resources management system.Through the explanation of the performance appraisal,starting from the actual situation of Zhejiang DongNan power generating company,this paper not only analysis deeply performance appraisal system for the status quo and problems,also designs a new assessment system of clear positioning,perfect index,sound procedure,rich in content and complete functions,by the general principle of“scientific,efficient,easy to operate".So we may provide some constructive suggestions to improve the performance evaluation system of Zhejiang DongNan power genera ting company,in order to promote the company's performance appraisal implementation effect optimization.
