| Energy is an objective existence on earth,it includes both tangible and intangible.The use of energy began in ancient times,and the use of energy advanced the progress of human civilization.But most of the physical energy is limited,in order to realize the sustainable development of economy,energy saving is particularly important,all countries in the world in various energy management measures to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction.Our country has been working to standardize and guide the rational use of energy of enterprises by making laws and regulations,introducing new technologies,giving incentives and other measures.According to statistics from the national bureau of statistics,industrial enterprises are the bulk of all kinds of energy consumption,industrial enterprise energy management to realize saving energy and reducing consumption is the key to the sustainable development of our country.Liuguo Chemical Co.,Ltd is a company that produces phosphorus compound fertilizer and produces a variety of chemical products including urea and ethanol.As the country has been cancelling the various incentives of the fertilizer industry,the cost of our product has increased by the year.This paper analyzes the current situation of workshop production,department management and energy management in the Liuguo Chemical Co.,Ltd,and finds out the deficiencies in energy management,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the improvement direction of energy management.The improved methods include the development of management systems for energy management,the elimination of outdated high-energy equipment,and the construction of energy management centers and other systems and technologies,through these measures,the energy management can significantly reduce the consumption of power,coal,natural gas and steam,realize energy saving and consumption,reduce production cost,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market,and win more profit space for the company. |
