With the economic globalization,Chinese economy has made remarkable achievements.Driven by a series of policies on stimulating consumption and stimulating domestic demand,the market become more and more active.Modern enterprise is no longer based on a single product or business model to survive,more tend to be varied and integrated development.How to use the existing capacity and resources to build a comprehensive and multi-angle non-petrol business model is very important for the sustainable development of petrol stations.In China's petrol companies in the petrol station market,enterprises,relying on petrol business competition,are growing less and less profits.Based on the characteristics of the petrol station,it is a new development direction for the petrol company to carry out the non-petrol business and get more benefits for the company.However,due to various reasons,there are a series of problems in the non-petrol business.For example,petrol stations are generally located in remote areas,there is a lot of uncertainty about the flow of people;non-petrol business has many factors and can not systematically improve business operations and so on.The development of non-petrol business can meet growing customer demand for petrol and non-petrol demand,while improving the profitability of petrol station,and the current domestic situation of non-petrol station project in the exploration stage.In the study and learn from foreign petrol companies on non-petrol station project development experience,we combined with China economic development characteristics and consumption characteristics,give full play to the advantages of developing countries,to solve the problem of non-petrol companies to implement the project of the petrol station,which has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.According to the A Petrol Company's non-petrol station operating conditions in recent years,learning from the excellent management achievements on the company's non-petrol project to solve the non-petrol project implementation,we will put forward a feasible mode of operation,and give the implementation process and support specific programs on this basis.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory of project management,such as project management model,project channel theory and modern project management theory.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of the company,especially analyzes the operation situation and the problems existing in the operation of the A Petrol Company.Later,based on the theory of project management,combined with the company problems on non-petrol station project management,focusing on the specific content of the guiding ideology,principle of design and optimization of the A Petrol Company,we especially study on the non-petrol business model innovation and put forward the implementation process and countermeasures of non-petrol business model.
