Study On Sustainable Development Of Beautiful Village Construction In MeiXian District

The Eighteenth Congress of the CPC emphasize the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position.China is a country with wide rural area,large population.To construct a beautiful China through "beautiful countryside construction”,which can be achieved by improving the rural life and production level,promoting the comprehensive development of the new socialist countryside,agricultural modernization.Meixian District of Meizhou is located in the northeast mountain area of Guangdong Province."Eight mountains of water a sub-field" is a typical agricultural mountain county(District).In recent years,with the rapid progress of urbanization,the number of migrant workers in Meixian has increased sharply,leading to the loss of rural population and the shortage of farm land.Therefore,to carry out the construction of the beautiful countryside,to revitalize the rural poor land resources and to protect the local natural and cultural landscape transformation,rebuilding and utilizing hollow village,enhancing the core competitiveness of rural industry,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,which has practical significance to promote the integration of urban and rural areas.This essay adopts empirical investigation method and literature review method,which based on a lot of data and literature about the construction of the beautiful countryside,through field investigation in Yanyang Zhen,Songkou Zhen,Bingcun Zhen,Meixian District and other beautiful countryside construction experience.We have analyzed the problems of Meixian District systematically,which mainly includes: the scale of construction is not fully develop.The mobilization of the main role of farmers is not enough.The construction of financing difficulties,the industrial structure to be optimized,land resources and so on.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems,summed up and draw on the practical experience of the beautiful rural construction in China,put forward the policy proposal to further promote the beautiful rural construction in Meixian District,that is,around the ecological livable goal of the full construction of beautiful rural construction,play a demonstration role in promoting radiation and focus on the principles of sustainable development which urge us to do a good job of beautiful rural planning,and pay attention to every beautiful village of the overall planning,around the characteristics of industry to guide the village independent development.In order to build Meixian beautiful rural construction sustainable development model.
