Beautiful rural construction is an important part of the construction of beautiful China,covering all aspects of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction in rural areas.In recent years,Jiangdu District,Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province has adopted the goal guidance,policy support,project driving,scientific and technological support,typical demonstration and publicity and promotion.The beautiful rural construction area has gradually formed a high degree of attention from all levels of government,positive response from the masses,and strong support from the social forces.In a good situation,some towns and villages have already formed scale effects and achieved remarkable results.Then,the beautiful villages will be created in an all-round way.There are still many gaps in the construction of high-standard demonstration villages.There are still many problems in the construction process.This paper combines the Jiangsu Province's characteristic rural rural construction action plan,taking Jiangdu District as an example,and abandoning those point-to-point thinking methods,but considering the beautiful rural construction in Jiangdu District,in order to have a systematic deepening of the beautiful rural construction in Jiangdu District.Thinking.Based on the related concepts and theoretical foundations,this paper starts from the aspects of literature research,field investigation,case analysis and comparative analysis,and starts from the aspects of rural ecological and human environment,infrastructure and industrial development.Objectively analyzed and described the status quo and achievements of the beautiful rural construction in Jiangdu District.Jiangdu District has obvious geographical and cultural advantages.In order to further build characteristic demonstration villages and accelerate the pace of new rural construction,Jiangdu District actively organizes the creation of"beautiful villages".At present,7 villages in the district have successfully become model demonstration projects in the province.At the same time,the study found that there are some shortcomings in the construction of beautiful villages in Jiangdu District,mainly due to the gap between planning and actual construction,low participation of villagers,lack of awareness of beautiful rural creation,lack of funds,and lack of long-term management.The reasons for these problems are lack of government support,insufficient funding sources,lack of experience in grassroots organization construction,and low participation.The refinement can be divided into the deviation of the ideology of the main body at all levels;there are many participating departments,there is no coordination mechanism;the planning is not in line with reality,the theory is difficult to connect with reality;the government grasps,the market resources are less introduced;and the construction of heavy hardware and light software construction.Finally,from the experience of the characteristic rural villages in Jiangsu Province and the experience of foreign beautiful village construction,combined with the actual situation of Jiangdu District,four specific proposals were put forward,namely,scientifically compiling a beautiful rural construction plan;establishing a sound mechanism;broadening the source of funds and strictly controlling the use of funds Enhance publicity and increase participation.In the future construction of beautiful villages,we must coordinate and handle the participation and communication of the government and the masses;handle the relationship between market resources participation and government guidance;handle the communication between departments and the integration of projects;The relationship between planning and reality.Efforts will be made to build the rural areas of Jiangdu District into a happy home for the people to live and work in peace.
