Study On The Sustainable Development Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Zhengjia Bang Village Of Changyang County In Hubei Province

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee,building"beautiful countryside" was proposed.In 2006,the First Document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that efforts should be made to build "beautiful villages".At the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping again pointed out that strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and promoting the strategy of green development had established a new era for the construction of special towns and beautiful countryside.In 2018,Document No.1 of the Central Committee again put forward the intention of the CPC Central Committee to implement the "Village Revitalization Strategy".In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is also proposed to insist on the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.China attaches great importance to building beautiful countryside and promoting the coexistence of man and nature.Rural construction departments also determine the quality of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the quality of socialist modernization,which is an indispensable link.We should always adhere to the spirit of the Party as a guide,the scientific concept of development as a guide,and implement the spirit of Document No.1.We should adhere to the principle of "scientific planning,goal guidance,pilot first,and pay attention to practical results",and build beautiful countryside by developing agricultural production,improving human settlements,inheriting ecological culture and fostering new culture.Building beautiful villages is the need to promote ecological civilization,promote the development of rural economic science,and build a new socialist countryside.In order to solve these problems,this paper makes an in-depth study on the sustainable development of beautiful rural areas.In order to study and build beautiful rural planning more accurately and completely,this study chooses the beautiful rural construction of Zhengjiabang village to study.Under the construction of beautiful rural project,the environment of Zhengjiabang village in Longzhou Ping town has been greened,beautified and brightened,the human settlements environment has been further upgraded,the industrial structure has been transformed and upgraded,and the beautiful rural construction has been promoted in an orderly manner.Therefore,according to its development status and problems in the process of discussion and draw planning recommendations and research results.Through literature research,interviews and other methods,collect relevant data to clarify the local economy,culture,ecology and other conditions in depth,and on the basis of this investigation,further make an objective analysis of the construction of beautiful countryside at home and abroad by comparative analysis,documentation and mathematical statistics.Through these theoretical and practical experience,this paper analyses the guiding significance of Zhengjiabang's construction of beautiful countryside.Secondly,based on the analysis of Zhengjiabang village's actual situation,development expectation,advantages and disadvantages,the basic proposition that the construction of beautiful countryside must be based on Sustainable development,adjust the industrial structure and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is drawn.On the basis of analyzing and studying the current situation of villages and carrying out national environmental planning,this paper probes into the planning methods such as the construction of beautiful villages and the adjustment of industrial structure.This paper systematically analyses how Zhengjiabang Village carries out industrial development planning,formulates the layout of tourism development planning,and adjusts the development mode.According to the local conditions and different development conditions,the agricultural planting patterns suitable for village development were summarized.This paper analyses the planning methods and steps of infrastructure construction,public facilities construction and road construction in Zhengjiabang Village.Finally,the sustainable development planning methods for building beautiful countryside are as follows:protecting ecological environment,speeding up rational industrial transformation,improving infrastructure construction and protecting traditional culture.And it is applied to the beautiful rural construction of Zhengjiabang village to verify the rationality of the research results with examples.Finally,the sustainable development planning method for the construction of beautiful countryside is applied to the construction of beautiful countryside in Zhengjiabang Village,and the rationality of the results of this study is verified by examples.On the basis of a large number of data,this paper conducts a summary study on how to build a beautiful countryside for sustainable development,and also plays a guiding role in the future practice of beautiful countryside construction planning.
