Research On Agricultural Industrial Development Of Xinyang City From The Perspective Of Beautiful Rural Construction

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,we have closely promoted the overall layout of "five in one" and the strategic layout of "four in an allround way" around overall planning and coordination.We have persisted in taking the solution of the "three rural" issues as the top priority of the Party's work and in giving priority to the development of agriculture and countryside,in accordance with the prosperity of industry,ecological livability,rural civilization and governance.To meet the general requirements of efficiency and prosperity,we should speed up the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity,accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,and take the road of Socialist Rural Revitalization with Chinese characteristics.The construction of beautiful countryside is an important part of the construction of beautiful China.The research of agricultural industry development is also an important part of the construction of beautiful countryside,and is also the main means and key task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.In this context,summarizing and combing the existing research results,on the one hand,is conducive to guiding the practice of agricultural industrial structure development in beautiful countryside construction,on the other hand,it can also provide a preliminary literature basis for further research in this field.This paper mainly uses literature research,case analysis,data analysis and other research methods.We have earnestly understood the relevant information about the development of rural agricultural industry at home and abroad,objectively analyzed and summarized the experience of others,and used econometrics to make quantitative analysis of the development of agricultural industry structure in Xinyang in recent years.According to the results of quantitative analysis,we draw five conclusions of this paper.Under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,vigorously develop beautiful rural construction to better promote local economic development,increase fiscal expenditure for benefiting farmers,broaden financing channels,improve the financial system suitable for rural characteristics,and improve relevant laws and policies to promote structural reform and industrial transformation and upgrading of agricultural supply side;adhere to the main body of farmers,improve the introduction of scientific and technological talents,and cultivate new farmers.We should strengthen the training of rural professionals to further improve the mechanism of talent exchange between urban and rural areas;promote the construction of beautiful rural industries according to local conditions,build local brand influence,promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,and build the suburban leisure and sightseeing agricultural industry circle;consolidate the agricultural foundation,support secondary and tertiary industry infrastructure,guarantee product supply and service,and realize urban and rural industry.We should coordinate development,promote structural reform of the supply side of agriculture,improve warehousing and logistics facilities and supply chain to create the carrier of the 123 industry platform;strengthen industrial integration,enhance the industrial chain's hard power,accelerate the pace of Internet + modern agriculture,create a high-end industrial system,Jian Like's technical support system,enhance farmers' intelligence and ambition,and promote industrial convergence and better development,and industrial integration and upgrading.The hard power of industry chain promotes the sustainable development of agriculture industry in Xinyang City with the coordination of key fields,and finds a scientific and feasible way for the construction of the prosperous economy and beautiful environment of agriculture industry in Xinyang City.
