Research On Financing Strategy Of Development Finance To Support The Cons Truction Of Nuclear Power Projects In China

Electricity industry is the basic industry of our national economy,is closely related to the people’s livelihood of public utilities,safe and stable production and supply of electricity is related to the healthy development of the national economy and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way.By the end of 2014,China’s installed capacity is 1 billion 360 million kilowatts,the whole society electricity consumption is 552 million kwh(a year-on-year growth of 6.7%),ranking first in the world.However,from the level of electricity consumption,China’s per capita electricity consumption is about 4039 kwh,which is about 30% of America,Canada,and which is about 50% of France,South Korea,Japan,so the average level of our country’s electricity consumption per capita is low,and development space of electricity is large.In recent years,the development of China’s electricity industry is facing a new situation,the new normal economy,ecological civilization construction,the reformation of electric power system,etc.will have a profound impact on the development of the electricity industry.In order to serve the national strategy better,our country need to play the role of development finance,implement the green and low-carbon strategy,increase significantly in the proportion of nuclear power consumption,develop nuclear power projects safely and efficiently,actively develop new technology for high temperature gas cooled reactor,fast reactor and small commercial reactor,insist on introduction,digestion and absorptionfirstand then innovation,promote deeply on AP1000,CAP1400,high temperature gas cooled reactor fast reactor and postprocessing technique.Expected in 2020,nuclear power installed capacity will reach 58 million kilowatts,in the construction of the stock will reach more than 3000 kilowatts.In this paper,we first refer to related literature of the development of financial theory and the development of nuclear power industry,a detailed study on the development financial theory and the promotion of China Development Bank to the development of China’s nuclear power industry.The concept of development finance and nuclear power industry is defined.Deeply analyze the development situation of China’s nuclear power industry,and the characteristics of industry investment.Pointed out that the development finance and China Development Bankwhosupport the development of nuclear power industry.Quantitative analyze the demand for development finance in China’s nuclear power industry.Use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to classify the nuclear power industry in China,and determine the ways and means of development finance to the nuclear power industry.Finally,analyze China Development Bank’s financing operation on China’s nuclear power project by case study.
