Research Of Underused Urban Land Re-development Policy:Wenzhou Case

As China's economic construction has been vigorously promoted,and the pace of urbanization has been accelerating,the demand for construction land is increasing constantly in all parts of the country,especially in urban areas,which brings great pressure to the supply of land.Then intensive land using comes to be a general trend.Based on that,the Ministry of Land and Resources delivered the <Notice on Issuing the Guiding Opinions of Launch Pilot Projects on Urban Land Re-development> in February 2016,with the hope of making urban land re-development as a breakthrough of land use optimization.How to establish a set of feasible and targeted supporting policies on this basis is the key to carry out the inefficient land redevelopment in cities and towns,and also the problem discussed in this paper.Taking the pilot work of Wenzhou city as an example,this paper collects the situation and policy status of inefficient land use in the whole country and Wenzhou region,try to get enlightenment to the country from the Characteristics,achievements,problems and improvement measures of Wenzhou city in urban land re-development policy by summarizing the development situation and the status quo of domestic urban land re-development,analyzing the characteristics,results,insufficient and perfect way of Wenzhou town's urban land re-development policy combined with cases.The structure of this paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter works as a introduction part,mainly focuses on the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the content of this study,etc.The second chapter is the Underused Land Re-development overview,expounds the development situation and the present policy of domestic Underused Land Re-development on the basis of the concept clear.The third chapter is policy analysis on the development of Wenzhou town's Underused Land Re-development,which sums up the realistic and policy background of redevelopment of inefficient land use in Wenzhou town,interprets the spirit of Wenzhou government documents,summarizes the characteristics,achievements,experience and insufficient,perfect way of Wenzhou town's urban land re-development policy combined with cases.The last chapter is the conclusion and enlightenment.In this chapter,author try to give a conclusion of how the country inspire from the policy formulation,implementation and perfect experience of Wenzhou city in urban land re-development based on the analysis and discussing of the pilot work of Wenzhou above.
