Optimization Research On Upscale Take-out Distribution Network Path

Delicacies are anticipated and memorable.With continuous development of social economy and improvement of living standard,people are more and more demanding on materials and spiritual life,as well as on taste and nutritive value of foods.Over recent years,traditional food and beverage industry has been severely struck by the springing up and rapid development of take-out industry,even without exception on upscale restaurants.Heading to take-out industry is the only way to survive this transformation.Take-out service connects restaurants and customers,while upscale take-out service is one of the essential part of restaurant services which makes customers enjoying the service from restaurants.By in-depth studying on upscale take-out food distribution network,it is helpful to select the most applicable distribution route,make quick responses to customer’s requirements and improve economic benefits and service level,which are of high value on increasing customer satisfaction on take-out service.This paper mainly bases on distribution and merchandising theories and studies on distribution of upscale take-out service.First,this paper reviews and summarizes wide range of domestic and foreign literature on distribution of take-out service.Then this paper illustrates the reason of springing up and prospects of upscale take-out service industry,describes the particularities of it and makes time window into consideration of factors which influences the service level.Then this paper demonstrates on delivery time,cost of probabilistic density function and probabilistic distribution function as well as connections between them.Basing on this demonstration and with multiple targets and limitations,this paper builds up upscale take-out path optimization model of distribution network and designs solutions of this model and MATLAB.Finally,to testify the validity and suitability of optimization model and solving solutions,this paper applies upscale take-out food distribution network path to calculation,gets all kinds of connections by tree growing algorithm,calculates delivery time,cost of probability distribution function and the passing rate of all paths,and selecting the most optimized delivery route.Several optimizing suggestions:Making full uses of informatization,declining wastage wastage of foods,measuring the cost of punishment,digging and stabilizing major customers.
