Study On Quality Control Of The Production Process Of CNG Gas-filling Equipment

CNG gas-filling equipment is the high-pressure and precision instrument,which mainly play the role for filling CNG gas into the car.CNG has the characteristics of explosive,which requires the higher quality for the related equipment during its process of production and use.With the fast development the clean energy in China and CNG in the automotive industry to be promoted,the manufacturers of CNG Gas-Filling Equipment will be gradually mass production and market-orientated.CK Company has got on the fast speed train of development of natural gas industry,which promotes its business volume to be increased rapidly.However,the problem of quality of production has been main serious restriction for the production capacity of the CK Company.This thesis,through analysis of the quality problems of CK Company in the production process,tries to find out the main issue for restriction for the production capacity,reduce the production of quality problems and increase the production efficiency.Firstly,through looking up the Quality Problem of Production Record of CK Company in the past years to analyzing the quality problems,combining with the analysis of the questionnaire from the production personnel,the conclusion is to be conducted that the sealing problem of sleeve type joint is the main issue to affect the quality of CNG Air-Filling Equipment which influences the production efficiency.Secondly,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the sealing problem of sleeve type joint,and the fishbone diagram analysis method was adopted,ranged from the human,machine,material,method,ring of five aspects in-depth research,to find out the potential factors caused to the sealing problem of sleeve type joint.Thirdly,in comparison with the analysis of factors to be founded,the skill level of personnel,the installation and operation method,the old and outmoded equipment are also the main three factors affecting the quality.Based on the above analysis,using the case analysis method and system analysis method,taking theory into practice,combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,a site production improvement method is to be established and a manual for CNG Air-Filling Equipment in the process of quality control and guide and specification for assembling of equipment has been made,which explains that the quality control of CNG Air-Filling Equipment should be performed during the whole processing and assembling period.Through the whole process of quality control,the rate of quality pass in CK Company has been increased from 80% to 95%,20% of increases for production efficiency,which meets the urgent needs from customers.And the most important is the product quality is stable and reliable,CK Company won a good reputation from customers.
