Research On Location Of Coal Mine Emergency Material Stockpile In Mine Disasters

Coal is a basic energy source.The status of coal as the main energy source in China is hard to change in the future for a long time.China's industrial construction has been to grow and develop,has been inseparable from the coal industry support.Due to the increase of coal demand,the amount of coal mining in our country has been rapidly increasing and has been maintained at over 3 billion tons in recent years.However,the study on safety management of coal mines in our country started relatively late,accidents of coal mines occur from time to time,especially the ratio of major coal mines accidents continues to increase,posing a great threat to the safety of coal mines.Under this background,it is of great significance to study emergency management of coal mine after emergency management of coal mine,and how to provide emergency materials for accident site quickly and effectively after accident.The emergency material reserve is a key part of coal mine emergency rescue work.The layout of emergency material reserve location will have an important impact on the efficiency of emergency rescue in coal mines.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the site selection of the emergency supplies repository in coal mine.In this paper,we first systematically sorted out the relevant literature about the site selection of emergency supplies repository at home and abroad,and clarified the related concepts of emergency supplies and emergency supplies repository.Secondly,the status of coal mine safety and the status of emergency supplies repository are analyzed.Based on the principles of adaptability,coordination and fairness,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the coverage of coal mine emergency supplies,timeliness of delivery factors cost factors and accessibility factors were analyzed,and the goal of maximizing coverage,minimizing the delivery time of emergency materials,minimizing costs and optimizing the system were determined.On this basis,a multi-objective site selection model of coal mine emergency supplies repository is constructed,and the model is solved by NSGA-II.Through the specific example,the optimal scheme is selected to solve the problem of coal mine emergency supplies reserve database Site problem.
