In the enterprise management,we need to use comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate such as performance appraisal,talent selection and other issues.Comprehensive evaluation is the process of evaluating and sorting evaluation objects from various aspects.Due to the ambiguity of objective things and the uncertainty of human thinking,managers often use fuzzy information or linguistic variables to express their evaluation information and the evaluation of the index weight information may not be complete.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method under the incomplete information of evaluation index weight information.High-tech enterprise R & D personnel involved in the work of technological innovation.The work process is difficult to monitor.The result is difficult to measure.High-tech enterprise R & D personnel are more loyal to their own professional rather than business,and they are movable and strong independent.High-tech enterprises cannot adopt the traditional performance appraisal methods for R & D personnel performance appraisal.High-tech enterprises should establish a performance appraisal system suitable for R & D personnel,use scientific and effective methods to conduct R & D personnel performance evaluation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research on the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with incomplete indicator weight information in performance evaluation.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the index weight information incomplete is conducted an in-depth study.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation problem of incomplete index weight information is studied.Firstly,a preprocessing method is given for the quantitative and qualitative indexes.Then,aiming at the problem that the index weight information is incomplete,a linear programming model based on typical object weight is established.Finally an incomplete fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for index weight information is proposed.(2)The comprehensive evaluation problem of intuitionistic fuzzy environment expressed by the intuitionistic fuzzy number for the weight value of the evaluation index and the evaluation index value is studied.Firstly,the intuitionistic fuzzy preprocessing method is given to the quantitative and qualitative indexes respectively.Then,the weighting method based on the typical object is extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy environment,and the model of index weight based on typical object in the intuitionistic fuzzy environment is established.The weights of the indexes obtained by the above model are aggregated with the weighted average operator to get the final evaluation value of the evaluation objects.Finally,the evaluation objects are compared and sorted by the possibility degree matrix and membership degree.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the incomplete information of the index weight is applied to the performance appraisal of R & D personnel in the high-tech enterprises.First,this article describes the definition of high-tech enterprises,explain what is high-tech enterprises.Then according to the characteristics of R & D personnel in high-tech enterprises,the evaluation index system of R & D personnel performance appraisal of high-tech enterprises is established and explained and analyzed.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems of R & D personnel performance appraisal of a Technology Co.,Ltd.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method under the incomplete information of the index weight information is given to solve the R & D personnel performance appraisal problem in detail.
