A Comparative Study On The Ecological Status Of Water Resources In Jiangsu And Anhui Provinces And Its Impact On Economic Development

The two provinces of Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces are located close to each other and cross the Yangtze River and the Huai River at the same time.In recent years,the economy has developed rapidly.However,the economic development has brought increasing pressure on the water resources of the two provinces and has increasingly become a constraint Important reasons for further economic development in the two provinces.Therefore,the analysis of the status of water resources and the adjustment of industrial structure urgently need to ensure sustainable economic development in the two provinces.This article selects Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province as the research object,Anhui Province is in the rapid economic development,it is necessary to maintain the momentum of rapid economic development,but also to prevent the deterioration of water resources;and Jiangsu Province is a developed province,the level of economic development High,it is necessary to ensure occupy the position of the vanguard of our economy,but also take into account the issue of water scarcity,both provinces should take the road of sustainable development.Therefore,the economic situation in the two provinces is different,and the status of water resources and the influencing factors are inconsistent.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the situation of water resources in the two provinces,find out the problems and seek ways for improvement.First of all,based on the ecological footprint theory of water resources,the ecological footprint of per capita production water,per capita domestic water use footprint and per capita ecological water footprint of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2015 were calculated,and the total ecological footprint of water resources and water Resource ecological carrying capacity.The results show that the ecological footprint per capita of water resources in Anhui Province tends to be stable from 2008 to 2015,while the ecological footprint per capita of water resources in Jiangsu Province shows a decreasing trend from 2008 to 2015.Secondly,based on the ecological footprint per capita of water resources in Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province,the paper calculated the ecological footprint index,water resource ecological pressure index and water resources ecological coordination coefficient of per capita GDP of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province by statistical methods Comparative analysis.The results show that the utilization efficiency of water resources in Anhui Province is obviously lower than that of Jiangsu Province,and the per capita GDP water resources per capita of the two provinces shows a decreasing trend.The pressure intensity of water resources in Jiangsu Province is greater than that of Anhui The intensity of pressure on provincial water resources;except for 2015,the water ecological coordination coefficient of Anhui Province is higher than that of Jiangsu Province in the rest of the year.In addition,this paper uses a path analysis method to study the impact of industrial structure changes on the economy of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province.The results show that the per capita ecological footprint of water resources in Anhui Province is stable in the next five years and steadily increases.The ecological footprint per capita of water resources in Jiangsu Province has been kept at a relatively low level in the past five years,steadily decreasing.Anhui's industrial structure is still relatively simple,and the quality of the secondary industry needs to be enhanced.The tertiary industry should be vigorously developed and the investment structure and employment agencies should be optimized.In recent years,the tertiary industry in Jiangsu Province has made a significant contribution to economic development.Industrial structure optimization,an important guarantee for sustained economic development.Finally,this article further summarizes the conclusions drawn in the article,and puts forward reasonable policy suggestions based on the actual conditions in Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province and the research results in this article.
