Motivation is important in modern enterprise management for it's role is to motivate the staff in different positions on how to maximize the enthusiasm and creativity.A company should have a scientific and rational motivation system in order to attract and retain talent people with high level of initiative,enthusiasm,creativity.Therefore,high performance employees would make their enterprise more competitive.In this paper,according to the research on the large number of relevant literature,from the analysis to the present employee incentives system of Miluo tobacco,we found the many unsatisfied aspects are existing in the present material incentives and non-material incentives for the company employees,including performance appraisal system is not scientific,fair Problems,welfare system flexibility and targeted and promotion mechanisms exist in a series of problems.Through the analysis of questionnaire,interview and other related data,this paper discusses the problems of incentive of Miluo tobacco company,and points out that the basic content of incentive mechanism of Miluo Tobacco Company should include scientific and reasonable salary Incentive,emotional spirit of the incentive,long-term growth of the incentive and protection of the system to stimulate the four major parts.Material incentive should include carrying out job evaluation,full competition and post-set for the necessary basis for individual competencies,job responsibilities and job performance to assess the relevant job value,scientifically determine the employee's salary standards,the contribution of the staff Assessment,accounting pay.Spiritual incentives are proposed to increase the diversity,multi-level emotional spirit of the incentive.Growth incentive mechanism design,we must increase the training investment,improve the effectiveness of training for employees to play a long-term growth incentive role.To protect the system incentive mechanism design,the establishment of a full labor contract employment system,the implementation of employee competition and elimination system,the establishment of talent incentive fund system.This paper Improves the implementation of the new motivation system of Miluo Tobacco Company to form a good working atmosphere,and the whole company forms a mutually beneficial,harmonious,competitive climate.It also provides some reference for the construction of the human resource system of Miluo Tobacco Company,as well as certain valuable theoretical reference and practical guidance to other tobacco commercial enterprises with similar situation.
