| After global economic crisis,the global economy has been turnning down and trade has been decreasing,which made our country’s productive power surply.Investment in fixed assets slowed down and the demand for construction machinery in China decline sharply.At this background,how to improve enterprise management performance and improve the level of competition for Sany group is one of the most important things.The senior executive,as the core of management,is the determining factor for Sany’s development.It is beneficial to improve management through study of senior executive performance appraisal.Therefore,this article at first pointed out the status and problems of assessment system.Furthermore,based on the principle of Balanced Scorecard,this paper puts forward the evaluation index of finance,customer and market,internal operation and learning and growth.In the process of determining the weight,this paper adopts the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to carry on the weight analysis,and the judge the relative importance and the final level of the weight of the indicators,and finally established a diversified performance evaluation system.Furthermore,based on the PDCA theory,this paper puts forward the dynamic management and supervision of performance appraisal by establishing the four-stage and eight-step method,and constantly improves the whole performance appraisal scheme perfect.At the same time,combined with other relevant incentive theories and the unique Sany background,we presents a more effective application of the results.Finally,this paper summarizes necessary strategies to implemente system,and put forward the optimization assessment program in the assessment to figure out obstacles.Based on the existing problems and obstacles,this study puts forward the corresponding measures,including the attention and promotion of senior leaders,the support of human resources,the perfect supporting system and the construction of corporate culture of performance.This article brings forth a relatively diversified index evaluation system.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the index weight is determined.The index will be performed subsequently to have more scientific investigation and adjustment upon the index weight.Meanwhile,determination of the second-class index weight will be further optimized.Continuous optimization of the performance evaluation system of high-level management is performed through PDCA circulation. |
