With the rapid development of Internet,the link of cross-border integration innovation is booming.Under the background of this open innovation,a single enterprise's innovation mode gradually evolved into cooperative innovation.The inner nature of collaborative innovation is knowledge collaboration.Rely on different knowledge background of collaborative organization to create new products to suits user's diversification and personalized needs.It is very important to express complementary knowledge of Cross-organizational members and knowledge related to product deployment process in the stage of the product innovation.So what enterprises need to do is integrating and updating the advanced technology continuously.Strengthening its' abilities to ensure the sustainable innovation development of the enterprise.We using the tools of supermodel function and the concept lattice established cross-organizational collaborative innovation knowledge deployment model based on the theory of complementary knowledge.Then set smart mobile phone products as an example to explore user's demand and cross-organizational members in the process of product innovation knowledge expression.We also evaluated the organization knowledge deployment with organizational level and product level.Firstly,this paper systematically combed the domestic and foreign research status of knowledge deployment.We discussed the blank of cross-organizational knowledge deployment from the perspective of theory and technology application.We also set smart mobile phone as the research object,based on the different product function demand of customers;we described different functional demands of users' formal context by using the Lattice Miner and apriori algorithm.Different user's demand correlation analyses were put forward in product innovation process,it will be easy to identify and select the users' needs in product innovation decision-making.Secondly,knowledge attribute correlation analysis for smart phones display module group is on process.We compared different brands of intellectual property of support and confidence.According to the support and confidence index from different brands of inter-organization knowledge unit,it is found that the knowledge of the smart mobile phone brands deployment mode.Finally,we evaluated cross-organizational knowledge deployment of display module according to the simple correlation functions.the results indicates that the current smart phone brands in reducing knowledge loss of display module and the protection of its own core knowledge both in line with the cross-organizational knowledge collaborative innovation,And we did test to the smartphone products after knowledge deployment analysis.Based on the user and organizational complementary knowledge module deployment and aim at different phases of users' need and market changes,we analyzed complementary knowledge of users and collaborative organization.And we suggested a knowledge alliance strengthen cooperation on cross-organizational level,the core of knowledge should be independent innovation and extend knowledge network to reduce the loss of product innovation pathway.Besides,product marketing,brand service,product iterative update with users demand for product innovation suggestions were put forward.
