Research On The Key Technologies For Open Collaborative Innovation Knowledge Network

In the era of new knowledge economy, the development of the internet, wireless, internet of things and services, makes the world "flat". Under the internet thinking, it requires companies to follow the idea of user experience design, build a short, flat and fast collaborative design chain, and provide customers with satisfactory products and services for the whole life cycle. The innovation wall had been broken, the traditional closed innovation model, which was "behind the closed doors", no longer meet the needs of the new era. A new innovative model was needed, which broke through the limitations of the time and space, supported the collaborative innovation among domestic or international enterprises.Based on the previous studies, the concept of open collaborative innovation was put forward. The article focused on the key technologies of open collaborative innovation knowledge network. The main contents are as follows:In the first chapter, the research background and significance was introduced. The domestic and foreign research status was analyzed. And the research idea of this paper was discussed.In the second chapter, the open collaborative innovation model based on DCOR(Design-Chain in Operations Reference-model) was studied. To verify the application of DCOR, the example of Hangzhou Aike Technology Co., Ltd., was quoted.The third and fourth chapter were the two key technologies of this paper, the knowledge collaboration building and knowledge push technology of open collaborative innovation were researched. A knowledge-based collaborative innovation interactive mode was proposed, which solved the communication problem of the difference among different innovation bodies. Then, the customer collaborative innovation and the collaborative knowledge building and evaluation techniques among enterprises were studied. In the fourth chapter, the concept of business process-driven knowledge management was proposed. The process and algorithm of process-oriented knowledge search and push were researched.Based on the theory and key technologies discussed in this paper, an open collaborative innovation platform was designed and developed in the fifth chapter. Finally, the soft material cutting solution technology innovation process was quoted to verify the application of open collaborative innovation platform.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows:a) the concept of open collaborative innovation based on DC OR was proposed to guide the plan, organization and coordination of open collaborative innovation process; b) a knowledge-based collaborative innovation interactive mode was put forward, which could solve the communication problem of the difference among different innovation bodies; c) the process-oriented knowledge push method was proposed, which was simple, effective and easy to implement, an integrated solution was provided through the open collaborative innovation platform.
