In reality,employees play an important role in the operation of the enterprise.The problem of employee turnover has become a thorny issue for the enterprise.Based on the above considerations,this paper takes the State Power Investment A heat and power plant as a case enterprise.Based on the basic theories of demand hierarchy theory,psychological contract theory and fair theory,the paper analyzes the problem of staff turnover loss of Guodian A Thermal Power Plant by synthetically using the methods of document analysis and case analysis In particular,they pointed out that the loss of employees in high proportions damaged the social reputation and image of enterprises,greatly reduced the core competitiveness of A thermal power plants,shaken the employees' original psychological contract and ownership,and even increased the costs of human resources.A The loss of employees due to lack of incentives for current wages,benefits and benefits,lack of guiding mechanism for management mechanism,lack of development space for promotion,promotion and salary increase led to the break of harmonious and equal interpersonal relations.Aiming at the loss of staff in A thermal power plant,this paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing a dual-channel talent development strategy for A thermal power plant,establishing effective compensation incentive measures and establishing a long-term and effective talent constraint mechanism.This article is divided into six chapters,the first chapter of the introduction mainly includes: research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research trends,research ideas,research methods and innovation;Chapter II related theories and concepts,including the definition of employees,incentives Theory,theory of fairness and employee turnover theory;Chapter Three: The current situation and loss of employees in A Thermal Power Plant,including: the general situation of A thermalpower plant and its basic structure,the composition of thermal power plant staff and their job responsibilities,Staff management system,the loss of employees and adverse effects of thermal power plant;Chapter IV Analysis of the reasons for the loss of employees of State Power Investment A thermal power plant,the main analysis includes:Insufficient incentive and remuneration system,employees' The lack of orientation,lack of equality and harmonious interpersonal relationships,thermal power plant staff ideas fluctuate greatly;Chapter V effective measures to control staff turnover,the main contents include: the establishment of a comprehensive talent development system,establish an effective incentive mechanism and establish a scientific and rational Pay and benefits system and the establishment of effective personnel Beam mechanism.Chapter VI is the conclusion.
