In China's planned economy period,bankruptcy of the people's commune system and other "big pot" system made us aware of the importance of an incentive system for efficient economic organizations.But the cost of this trial and error is huge.Enterprises as an economic organization,it's internal income distribution system has become the key to the efficient operation of it.Relative to the material capital and other material production factors,the status of human capital is becoming more and more important.So that the scarcity of human capital is becoming increasingly obvious in terms of the social production process needs.Based on the basic principles of property rights economics,effective institutional arrangements are inclined to the most important and relatively scarce elements of society,so as to achieve incentive compatibility.It is an important issue that how the income distribution of the enterprise reflects the importance of human capital in the era of knowledge economy.And enterprises achieve effective income distribution system arrangements to reflect the important position of human capital,an important aspect is the representation of the property of human capital requirements in the distribution of surplus return.The participation of human capital in the distribution of surplus return has become an alternative to the internal income distribution of modern enterprises.This paper attempts to analyze the economic mechanism of human capital participation in the distribution of surplus income from the angle of economics.The first part of this paper is an introduction to the research background,research significance,research methods,innovation and insufficiency of the human capital participation in the enterprise surplus income.The second part of this paper includes the development of relevant economics and the review of domestic and foreign theories.This part makes a review on the relevant foreign theory such as classical economics,neoclassical economics,human capital theory and theory of the firm in neoinstitutional economics,and makes a study on the theory of human capital participation in corporate surplus income distribution.The domestic research on the allocation of surplus income of human capital theory is also briefly reviewed.The third part of this paper analyzes human capital and corporate surplus income.This part mainly analyzes the concept of human capital and the characteristics of human capital(relative to material capital),and expounds the theory of surplus claim.The fourth part of this paper is the analysis of the mechanism of human capital participation in the distribution of enterprise surplus income.This part first studies the evolution of western enterprise system from the perspective of economic history,and analyzes the separation of different human capital and material capital,then explains the relationship between human capital and enterprise surplus income distribution.Finally,this part trys to explain the human capital why participate in the distribution of corporate income of the economic mechanismfrom the different theoretical aspects of economics.The fifth part of this paper includes the analysis and suggestion of the human capital in China's state-owned enterprises to participate in the distribution of enterprise surplus income.This part makes a historical review on the reform of China's state-owned enterprise system and it's internal income distribution mechanism,and makes a brief analysis of the obstacles to the participation of human capital in China's state-owned enterprises in the distribution of surplus income.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the participation of human capital in China's state-owned enterprises in the distribution of surplus income.The sixth part of this paper is concluding remarks.
