Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Fujian New Energy Industry Development

Since 2003,the international economic path began to shift to the development of low-carbon economy,China announced the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions standards,transmitting the international ambitions to build low-carbon countries.However,in the coal-based energy structure model,the new energy is an important part of the strategic emerging industries which is more conducive to the sustainable development of the national economy.Fujian lacks the traditional energy source of coal,and with the Fujian energy consumption level and the continuous improvement of fixed assets,Fujian,the total conventional energy consumption is also rising.This not only caused that the consumption of Fujian has not much energy storage of traditional coal resources,but also caused the deterioration of the ecological environment in Fujian,and this ultimately exacerbated the deterioration of Fujian's coal energy structure,therefore,Fujian urgently demands for the province's traditional energy industry to the new energy industry Transformation,this transformation is in line with the national strategic emerging industry development.The new energy industry is a capital-intensive industry,the industry chain length,involving the industry mostly wind power industry,biomass power generation industry,solar thermal industry,photovoltaic power generation industry,nuclear power industry,which are related to the industry chain "procurement-R&D-production".In addition to the needing for the core innovation and the natural resource endowments,but also needing to the support to the macro,micro-environment:on the one hand is the government policy-ledding macro-environmental support,it also provides technical policy support,fiscal policy support and financial support policy;the other is the marketting regulation-oriented micro-environment,it can be derived from the effective consumer demand,more abundant and optimize the corporate talent structure.In short,the endogenous role of these enterprises is as the main body and the government policy and market regulation-oriented exogenous role which together affects the development of new energy industry in Fujian strength,speed and quality.According to the actual situation of Fujian's new energy industry development at this stage,Fujian should develop the new energy industry in the province according to the local conditions,coordinate the policy system and market mechanism of the new energy industry in the province,increase the government's support for new energy industry organizations and capital the province's new energy consumption market guidance,improve the province's new energy companies technological innovation efforts to promote the province's new energy companies natural resources endowment and innovation and sustainable development,breakthroughs somethings as solar photovoltaic industry chain,bio-power equipment manufacturing technology of the technical bottlenecks,driven by the government and the market pull,focus on breakthroughs and the overall development of the combination to the needs of development.realizing the sustainable development of the industry,and thus promoting the new energy industry in Fujian to become the economic growth of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.
