China's tourism real estate industry has accumulated about nearly two decades of experience in the hotel property investment and development,through our ten consecutive years of economic stability and rapid development of high-speed,and the majority of the people interested in tourism and an increase in the trend of the rise of the tourism market,hotel property in our major cities have a large number of potential customers,which on the whole in China is a very promising investment market.But on the whole of the equity investment behavior of the hotel industry is still in the early stages of very immature,the serious problem of information asymmetry,the final loss is mainly caused by falls each hotel room(or other investment units)of equity investments personals body.So the hotel property investors should always keep investment risks associated with the concept of full consideration and understanding.This study of this project to develop tourism real estate investment risk management in the course of the study,using a large number of advanced research tools to help the project investment risk assessment,risk aversion and provides recommendations.This study is divided into four parts: The first part is the basis of literature research focus at home and abroad in recent years,risk management were reviewed results of frontier research,and based on this literature innovative integrated use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP risk assessment.In the study the method level risk analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is the use of mathematical language to solve the problem,and while the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight assignment has advantages.Use of AHP weight calculation as a result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the probability of the risk class of initial data,can well make up for lack of both,to achieve fine computer science,to better ensure AH tourism real estate investment objective risk assessment results sex.In practice,the application of the project,since the present study takes advantage of a combination of both,not one or two processing for calculation parameters do not need a formula for a calculation method will be complicated,so in practical application,this calculation process of combining the two methods also have good maneuverability,ideal for the practical application of risk assessment.This study about tourism real estate projects investment risk index system and risk assessment during the operational phase of potential individual investors who want to buy directly from the hotel rooms A property equity investors provides an intuitive risk assessment and risk prevention measures to help them reduce risk and improve return on investment.Secondly,the individual
