Quite a number of manufacturing industry is currently faced with the output is not high,the profit margin is low,the market oversupply,fierce competition in the industry economy,company must try to reduce the cost for the survival and development of the enterprise.Therefore,the procurement of raw materials for manufacturing enterprises is an important work related to the survival and development of enterprises.A Corporation is a large state-owned enterprise with the production and manufacturing as the main body.According to the practical calculation,the cost of raw materials accounts for the entire product cost 45% to 70%,the quality of raw materials,supply of punctuality and directly affects the quality of the product and delivery schedule.In this paper,according to the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises,A company purchasing management problems are analyzed,from purchasing ideas,procurement organization structure,purchasing process and the management of suppliers,carried on the detailed analysis one by one,identify the root causes of these problems and propose solutions to them.This paper takes A company as the research object,the purchasing management is studied and discussed.Firstly,by analyzing the current purchasing management situation of A company,the purchasing organization,purchasing a business process,material procurement management idea and supplier management present situation.Secondly,deeply analyze A company in material purchasing management problems,and finally combined with knowledge of purchasing management,supply chain management system analysis method,the ABC classification of knowledge,related business process reengineering theory,from the procurement management set the minimum purchasing cost idea,improve purchasing organization,improve the company’s existing procurement business processes,improve supplier management and other aspects,for A company to explore a practical business model of procurement management,promote the company to improve business,to help the company improve the efficiency of the procurement work,promoting A company successfully complete production management goal,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of A company.Although this paper is to study the purchasing management of A company the production of manufacturing enterprises,but for other manufacturing materials procurement and management of enterprises have certain guidance and reference role,which can improve procurement efficiency and purchase materials to ensure quality,and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises,enhance the enterprise competitive advantage in the market.
