21st Century face of market conditions become more complex and varied, the company are face with a more competitive society, industry competition. At present, China's pharmaceutical industry is undergoing profound changes, in particular, after China's accession to WTO, Pharmaceutical industry is face with good opportunities for development, while also facing severe challenges. Competition between the pharmaceutical industry is no longer confined to individual enterprises, but competition in the supply chain. Supply chain design and management has become the future business competition to win the most fundamental core competitiveness. Integrated Supply Chain Management has become a link on the upstream and downstream enterprises, coordinating the supply chain and efficient operation of the core features of the body. The procurement throughout the supply chain has permeate all aspects of the supply network, the integration of procurement to improve the supply chain has become the key to competitiveness. Therefore, under the integrated supply chain, procurement of research seems urgent and important. This thesis combines theoretical practice of supply chain integration ideas, which from the perspective of process optimization, to research on the purchasing centralization BPR.The main work of this paper used the method of business process reengineering to conducted a comprehensive procurement management process design and planning of H pharmaceutical company. In the analysis of H pharmaceutical companies operating on the basis of the status of procurement management, integrated supply chain from the point of view, proposed procurement and business process reengineering based on integrated supply chain management. The core processes base on the integrated supply chain, such as the integrated process, agreement has been signed process, OEM processes, optimize supplier evaluation process, And the overall operation of centralized purchasing, which through business process reengineering has laid a solid foundation of the centralized procurement of H pharmaceutical companies. Under the H pharmaceutical company current situation, the competitiveness of enterprises from the supplier and supplier of products are two aspects of the competitiveness of the eight dimensions Create a new credit assessment program suppliers. From various sub-elements according to the weightings and related evaluation criteria to rate suppliers on the intention to choose the best supplier. Through the purchasing centralization BPR of H pharmaceutical enterprise, internal supply chain to achieve the effective integration and upward integration of external supply chain, integrated basin-wide order, the formation of integrated supply chain under centralized procurement basis. At last, using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) analytic hierarchy process evaluation system established after the implementation of the integration process reengineering the supply chain to evaluate the effects. The expert evaluation score to establish the degree of membership and comprehensive assessment of the value obtained. According to scores, we can Analyze H pharmaceutical company's current strengths and weaknesses.H has a representation of pharmaceutical companies. The research methods and the implementation process are mainly based on reducing the cost of purchasing management, sort of internal processes, and improving the profitability of the target. The BPR of its procurement management experience in the industry affect other same purchasing management of other companies.
