| China has entered an era that knowledge dominates production,the knowledge industry has become the mainstream industry in economy.In the context of knowledge development,the demand for people’s knowledge contribution is also increasing.Hooff and Ridder believe that,communication is a necessary prerequisite for knowledge sharing,great communication atmosphere has a positive impact on employee’s knowledge sharing and knowledge acquisition.Therefore,enterprises should create a positive,healthy,safe,open communicated organization atmosphere,guide employees to cooperate within the enterprises,improve the overall development potential of the organization through knowledge-based talents learning from each other,so as to promote the development of enterprises and improve business performance.(Deng Yulin,2006)Because our experts and scholars began to study and focus on organize communication atmosphere in recent years,the researches on this aspect stated late,so there is a certain gap with the developed countries.Therefore,in the writing process of this paper,it not only limits to the study of organize communication atmosphere in our country,but also actively learns from the advanced experience studied by foreign countries,so as to ensure to provide advanced theoretical support to organize communication atmosphere optimization design.With the common impacts of manager’s communication style,staff’s perception on organize fair,social culture,organizational authorization,benefits distribution and other factors on organize communication atmosphere,if it wants to design the organize communication atmosphere optimization program,it needs to find out the reason for the problems existing in organize communication atmosphere,and then to design the organize communication atmosphere optimization program which is suitable for the enterprise.This paper uses the method of issuing questionnaire to measure the status of HL company’s organize communication atmosphere,through the analysis of questionnaire to sum up the existing problems in HL company’s organize communication atmosphere;for the finding problems,to carry out face-to-face interviews with HL employees,conduct and summarize the interview records timely,and then draw up the deep reason leading to the problems,as well as design the organize communication atmosphere optimization program.In this paper,the research on the problems existing in HL company’s organize communication atmosphere not only enriches the application of organize communication atmosphere theory in practice,helps the communication atmosphere study transform from individual level to the organizational level,but also solves the problem has been plagued by the company’s management,and creates a staff team of positive,happy and willing to sacrifice for HL company,which has a great promotional value. |
