With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards improved significantly.A large number of farmers to abandon their original old house built the new house to the town,along the road or planning new area.The original homestead was idle or abandoned,resulting in a serious waste of land resources.At the same time,the construction land area continued to expand to the outside,occuping a large number of arable land.The 18 million mu of cultivated land red line is facing serious challenges.To actively and steadily promote urbanization,we must have to rural waste,idle land for comprehensive treatment,which will not only improve the efficiency of land use,but also can significantly increase the effective area of cultivated land,for the implementation of "increase or decrease hook","total balance of cultivated land"policy to protect the national food security to provide strong support.Loess hilly region has the characteristics of poor site condition,fragile ecological environment and insufficient ability of sustainable development.Due to the limitation of terrain conditions,the distribution of settlements is relatively scattered and smaller,resulting in serious waste of land resources,combined with traffic congestion,to the farmers daily production,life caused great inconvenience.Terrain ups and downs,loose loess soil,slope stability is poor,resulting in collapse,landslides,debris flow and other geological disasters,a serious threat to the people's lives and property safety.In order to improve the local site conditions,the release of land resources potential,the protection of local staff safety,promote economic development,the urgent need for land remediation.The north of Chengcheng County is the bedrock mountain,a number of valleys through the county north and south,forming a huge hilly area.Due to the limitation of the terrain conditions in the area,the geological conditions of rural settlements are poor,and the geological disasters such as landslides and debris flows seriously restrict the development of urbanization and the construction of new socialist countryside.Therefore,the rural land in the area to carry out site planning is particularly necessary.In this study,Landsat TM/OLI images were used to get the land use data of Chengcheng County in 2000,2008 and 2015,and the dynamic analysis was carried out in two dimensions:time and space.After the rural residential area as the research object,combined with the rural residential site conditions,the use of the minimum cumulative resistance model,the degree of suitability of rural settlements to determine the appropriate level and land remediation direction.Based on the data of land use type in 2015 and the evaluation index of cultivated land site,the suitability level of cultivated land in Chengcheng County was evaluated from the aspects of cultivated land use stability and cultivation convenience,and the spatial distribution of cultivated land quality was clarified.Combined with the characteristics of mountainous hilly areas,choose Yaotou Town as the research area,from the land formation,irrigation canal,road three aspects of the planning and design research,development of optimization programs;Based on aesthetic perspective,the study area of land distribution landscape landscape aesthetic evaluation,Rich land remediation content and remediation direction.According to the results of land classification,two typical plots,Caidai and Yvzi He village,were selected to carry out the planning plan about remediation for farmland.(1)Rural land use type change in the study area is more intense.From 2000 to 2008,the land use rate of grassland and rural residential area decreased by 2.06%and 0.15%respectively,and the area of cultivated land increased by 0.35%.During the period from 2008 to 2015,the area of cultivated land continued to increase,the change rate was 10.63%,the area of rural residential area increased by 3.31%,the area of grassland continued to decrease,the annual rate of change reached 33.28%.During the study period,the main landform type grassland in Chengcheng County continued to decrease,and the area of rural residential land was increased first and then increased,but the area of cultivated land continued to increase.(2)The suitability of rural residential land use in the study area has a large amount of space and quantity differences.From the number of residential plaque point of view,Yaotou town,the proportion of high demand for the number of residential areas accounted for the lowest proportion of 44%,50%of the town of Fengyuan,Siqian town 66%..The highest proportion of the number of settlements accounted for the highest proportion of the total number of residential area is Chengguan Town,Zhuangtou Town,Anli Town were 94%,81%,79%.It can be seen that the irrational areas of the rural residents are unreasonable in the area of Yaotou town and Fengyuan town,which has great potential for land reform and will be the key area of the future rural land remediation work.(3)The spatial distribution of cultivated land evaluation grade is quite different.The proportion of the cultivated land suitability level is 60.17%,60.03%and 35.23%,respectively,for the townships with the largest total area of the townships in the townships.The townships are Wei Zhuangzhen,Siqian Town,Anli Town,Chengguan Town and Zhuangtou Town,32.76%and 17.75%,the least is Fengyuan Town,Yao Town,Zhuozhen Town and Zhao Town were 0.03%,1.26%,2.33%,and 3.49%.The fifth district accounted for the proportion of the total area of the township is the largest town of Fengyuan and Yaotou town,respectively,56.15%and 32.21%,at least for the town of Wei Town and Temple Town were 0.15%and 1.31%.It can be seen that the land of Fengyuan Town and Yaotou Town is poor,and it is urgent to implement the remediation of rural land to improve the local backward farmland infrastructure.(4)In the mesoscale land site consolidation planning application of GIS technology can produce good results.In the aspect of the calculation of earthwork,the plane area of the excavation is 645.28hm,the filling area is 1341.24 hm,the amount of excavation is less than that of the filling area,and the area with the largest digging area is located in the lock village of the northern part of Yaotou Town,The area is 73.985hm2,the filling area is mainly distributed in the north of Cao Village,Yao Xian village and lock village,the south is mainly distributed in Linzhuang Village and Yang Village.Channels more built in the plateau and gully connection,the use of terrain construction channels,and eventually connected with the river channel,in the improvement of farm facilities on the basis of the reduction of construction.The new roads are mainly for the communication of residential and residential areas,settlements and plots,plots and plots of the road,the new road will significantly improve the local traffic conditions to facilitate the daily production and living of residents.(5)The spatial distribution of aesthetic effect of land remediation is quite different.Yaotou Village and the right of the village village of a higher degree of landscape aesthetics,Lin Zhuanghe Village,Cao Village,Yang Village,Yao Xiancun grade second,the worst landscape beauty area is East Village,Duanzhuang Village,Bath Village and stone Village.The results show that the landscape beauty is the result of the spatial distribution,shape and scale of the landscape patches,and the aesthetic design of the microscopic patches should be paid attention to in the process of man-made land remediation.the area to focus on the discovery is to focus on remediation.
